We owned our Coral Springs home for 25 years, but it was time, after having our children grow up and move away, to have another family make memories there. You know how you get a Realtor flyer in your snail mail (and often email) like every day? Well, many months before we decided to sell our home, I hung on to one of those flyers because 1) it contained relevant news and information to the real estate market during the pandemic and 2) I saw the realtor’s picture and thought “energy.” So when the day came to actually find a Realtor, I pulled out that flyer (miracle and grateful it was located) and called the number.
