Dear Laguna Altura Homeowners - We’re so glad we listed our Laguna Altura home with Rachel and Doug! We no longer lived in the area and they went above and beyond to take care of our home - they coordinated staging, gardening (even picked out the flowers!), inspections, painters, you name it. They did a great job marketing our place; we especially loved the video they made of our home which got a lot of views. The video was very helpful, especially when shelter in place went into effect. They were able to get us multiple offers and helped us close escrow ahead of schedule.
