Arrival Time Arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy our spa's serenity. Late arrivals may shorten treatment time. Spa Treatments In-house guests at Radisson Blu or Park Inn located in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi can use Relaxation Areas without any treatment. Outside guests need a minimum one-hour treatment booking for Relaxation Area access. Credit card required for bookings. Spa Day Pass If you would like to use the wet facilities without a spa reservation, a day pass fee of AED 130 per person would apply. Spa Protocol Our spa promotes relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect guests' privacy and serenity. Mobile phones and smoking are not allowed. Minimum age for spa access and treatments is 16 years. Scheduling an Appointment To book your perfect treatment, consult our spa reception team for guidance. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and ensure service availability. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 working hours in advance. Cancellations within 6 hours incur a 50% charge, while within 2 hours or no-show results in 100% charges. Gift Voucher The Spa gift vouchers are available for purchase and are valid for 6 months only. It is non-refundable. Homecare Spa products used in treatments are available for purchase at The Spa reception, allowing you to continue your spa experience at home. *All prices are in UAE Dirham and inclusive of all applicable service charges, local fees and taxes.
