MORE SELLERS ARE CHOOSING RAY WHITE FOR ONE SIMPLE REASON: NO OTHER NETWORK CAN DRAW THIS MUCH ATTENTION TO THEIR CAMPAIGN. OVER 6,000 BUYER INSPECTIONS IN 90 DAYS TELLS THE STORY.
Welcome to the April - June edition of the Market Monitor, our quarterly review of the Sunshine Coast property market as seen through the lens of the region's most active real estate network.
More sellers are choosing Ray White, and the reason is simple: our ability to draw more attention to their campaign than anyone else. When five offices - Maroochydore, Buderim, Mooloolaba, Kawana Waters and Nambour - operate as one network, every listing benefits from the collective engagement of the whole. This quarter that engagement produced more than 6,000 buyer inspections and 2,444 open homes inside 90 days, meaning we are meeting a strong percentage of the active buyers in this market and introducing them to our sellers' properties.
That reach converted into results. Across the quarter we launched 278 new campaigns, completed 185 sales, and delivered a combined sale value of $261,712,800 for our clients.
Auctions remain the clearest measure of our market leadership. We conducted 104 auctions and listed 133 auction campaigns - more than ten times the volume of our closest competitor - achieving a 79 percent success rate with an average of more than three registered bidders per auction. Our 64 percent auction clearance rate also elevates the Sunshine Coast more broadly against markets around the country, where clearance rates are now regularly falling below 40 percent. While other regions cool, the depth of buyer engagement here keeps genuine competition at the centre of every result.
The pages that follow break down the quarter in detail - auction performance, private treaty results, and where our buyers are coming from. Whether you're selling, buying or simply watching the market, we trust you'll find it a valuable read.
