Coolum Eco Industrial Park Development & Market Commentary MARKET SENTIMENT After a slow start to the new financial year, activity has picked up from both buyers and tenants. Investors now have more confidence with the trajectory of interest rates and many hanging their hopes on a rate cut in the short term. Tenanted stock is running hot with investors purchasing on very tight yields, many investors are chasing a 6% yield and are generally needing to purchase properties that are part vacant or that require improvement in order to achieve this. Development stock is coming to the market in droves and It is nice to see a variety of sizing as well. Overall, we are seeing more choice from a buyer and tenant perspective and the market seems to be reverting back to some form of normality with buyers and tenants having more time to make decisions.
