Ray Garcia-Morales

Ray Garcia-Morales is an experienced educational leader with over 25 years of service in various roles, including Principal at Chief Sealth International High School and Assistant Principal at Tyee and Cleveland High Schools. His career has been focused on fostering inclusive, equitable, and academically rigorous environments where every student can thrive. Principal Garcia-Morales began his career as a school social worker, advocating for students with special needs and multilingual learners, shaping his belief that education is a tool for social justice. As a principal, he prioritizes student well-being, mental health, and academic success. He also co-founded Rebels & Scholars, a clothing brand, to empower underserved students through scholarships. Committed to community service, Garcia-Morales volunteers with organizations such as El Centro de la Raza and YouthCare, continuing his dedication to social justice.
