WHERE VINTAGES BECOME VOICES

時間之所以迷人，是因為它從不喧嘩，卻在悄然之間改寫著世界。許多曾以為撼動時代的事件，最終只是歷史頁角的一行註記；而有些不起眼的瞬間，卻在歲月沉澱後顯現出真正的重量。

2026 年將至，三十年悄然走過，每一個年份都像瓶被封存的葡萄酒，等待在恰當的時刻被啟封。回望當年，我們這才明白，許多被匆匆略過的報章與新聞片段，原來是新時代翻頁前的伏筆，是文明正醞釀改革的前奏。1996 年，是人類重新定義「可能」的一年－搜尋引擎顛覆了知識的傳遞、多莉羊讓創造生命不再只是神話、火星探測延伸了文明疆界，流行文化、遊戲與體育則重塑了世代的情感與身份。

葡萄酒是大地的詩，將陽光、風、與土壤封存於瓶中，等待歲月洗禮後再展風華。而時間，則是位耐心的匠人，教會我們品味，品味事物的本質、成長的滋味、生命的來處與去向。羅芙奧尊釀雲集特於 2025 年底精選 1996 年份的佳釀，開啟與年份尾數相同的酒，是與時間的對話，也是向未來的致意。而品酒，從來不只是味覺的愉悅，而是一場與時間的共舞。

三十年後啟封 1996 年份，我們聞到的不只酒香，更是時代的氣息。那些看似偶然的瞬間，在歲月的發酵下，成為我們青春的基調、世界的底色。真正值得珍藏的，並非那瓶酒本身，而是被時間封存的故事與情感。

時間帶走舊世界，也釀出新時代。有些當年不理解的事，時間終會慢慢解釋；那些看似微不足道的片刻，終將在記憶裡留香。於是我們明白，最好的開瓶時刻從不在昨日或明日—而是此刻。這一杯，敬歲月、敬生命，也敬那始終無聲、卻不曾停歇的時間之流。

1996 年 11 月， NASA 將 Mars Global Surveyor 送入軌道，它繪製出高解析度的地形與礦物分布圖，並發現火星表面液態水的活動跡象，讓火星探索的重心提升至「火星的適居性」。自此，人類的文明視野不再止於地球。

1996 年也是全球政治秩序重整的關鍵年：冷戰結束後的歐洲走向整合，亞洲則迎來民主與主權的轉折；臺灣首次的總統直選，人民第一次以公民意志直接授權國家領袖、親手書寫自己的未來，是臺灣民主化的里程碑。

1996 年，兩名博士生利用宿舍的舊電腦寫出改變世界的搜尋引擎—Google，當時鮮少有人意識到，一場顛覆知識傳遞與思維方式的革命就此展開。自此，資訊不再由權威單向傳遞，而是透過演算法重新分配，如今的我們早已習以為常地「先 Google 再思考」， Google 的誕生，徹底改變了人們獲取資訊、形成觀點、與理解世界的方式。

同年，Dolly 羊在蘇格蘭羅斯林研究所 (Roslin Institute) 誕生，成為人類歷史上第一隻利用體細胞核轉移技術 (SCNT) 產生的哺乳動物。這項突破證明了成熟細胞是可以被「重設」並發育為完整生命的，徹底顛覆了過去生物學的認知，人類從此真切地意識到，以科技「創造生命」不再只是神話。Dolly 的出現不僅引發關於人類複製的倫理與法律爭議，更啟動了幹細胞、基因修復、優良畜牧繁殖、物種復育等革命性領域的研究。

見證了風靡整個九零年代的辣妹合唱團 (Spice Girls) 於 1996 年憑藉單曲《Wannabe》橫空出世，她們高喊著「Girl Power」，以辛辣前衛的作風鼓勵各年齡層女性擁抱自信、打破刻板印象，霸氣引領女權抬頭的風潮。同年，韓國 SM 娛樂推出男子團體 H.O.T.，他們以精緻的造型、複雜的群舞和充滿能量的電子舞曲迅速風靡亞洲，開啟了 K-Pop 偶像時代，其有組織並具官方粉絲名的應援文化，將「追星族」轉變為有紀律、具目標性的「粉絲社群 (Fandom)」。YG 的前身也在這一年成立，為韓流席捲全球埋下關鍵伏筆。

至今仍受到全球粉絲熱愛的神奇寶貝 (Pocket Monsters) 也誕生於 1996 年，以「收集、交換、對戰」為核心機制，寶可夢巧妙地利用 < 紅 / 綠 > 版本的差異，強制玩家彼此連線互動，透過交換完成圖鑑收集，這項劃時代的設計使單人遊戲轉化為社群體驗，讓遊戲不僅創造了前所未有的文化影響力與社群黏著度，成為人與人之間的連結，更奠定寶可夢作為史上最成功 IP 的地位，徹底改寫了全球遊戲與娛樂產業的格局。

體壇在 1996 年同樣迎來傳奇：Michael Jordan 率領芝加哥公牛以 72 勝奪冠，締造了 NBA 歷史。那不僅是一場勝利，更是一個文化符號的誕生。自此，NBA 從一個美國本土的籃球聯賽晉升為超越國界的全球品牌，讓籃球成為全球語言，也使 NBA 成為追求夢想、勇於挑戰、努力不懈、英雄誕生等概念的象徵。Jordan 亦以其無與倫比的個人魅力開啟體育明星品牌化的時代，與 Nike 自 1980 年代以來的合作，更成為體育行銷與流行文化的傳奇。 9

在風土的低語中，

歲月釀成了酒，歷史釀成了詩

在葡萄酒的世界裡，「Vintage ( 年份 )」不只是酒標上的一個數字，不僅代表酒齡，也是大自然與時間共同譜寫的篇章，記錄著葡萄從萌芽至採收的每一場雨、每一縷風、每一道陽光，承載著風土的呼吸。

儘管總與浪漫相連，葡萄酒終究是「靠天吃飯」的農產加工產業，大自然的溫柔或峻厲決定了當年度的收成，釀酒師必須學會與天地共舞。「年份」的重要性，正源自這種無法複製、亦無法全憑努力扭轉的一期一會。

所有熱愛葡萄酒的人都知道，「天．地．人」三要素共同構築了一瓶葡萄酒的特性，其中，「天」代表了當年度當地的氣候條件與天候狀況。當釀酒師以「好年份」來讚譽當年度時，他們所談論的絕非僅是好喝，而是在整個葡萄藤的生長週期中，氣候條件達到近乎完美的狀態。

春季是葡萄藤甦醒的序章，從發芽、開花至坐果，此時最需要穩定的氣溫和乾燥的天氣，方能讓新生的果串順利凝成。在葡萄果實成長的夏季，充足的日照是糖分累積的關鍵，但過多的陽光可能灼傷嬌嫩的果皮，因而，有著充沛且穩定的陽光、溫暖卻不過熱的夏季是

好年份的基礎。夏末的轉色期 (Véraison) 是葡萄樹生命週期的轉折點，它們開始將儲存的能量轉移至果實中製造糖分；此時涼爽的夜晚尤為至要，它能放緩酸度的流失，使葡萄果實當中的天然酸度與糖分達到絕佳平衡，為日後的酒液建構出清新勻稱的架構。最後的採收期是壓軸關鍵，乾燥少雨能避免黴菌的肆虐與果實腐爛的危機，讓葡萄果實能在最健康的狀態下被採摘進入釀造。

在陽光充足、雨量適中的好年份，葡萄便能不受過度壓力所擾，以從容的步伐走向成熟，葡萄皮、葡萄梗、果肉以及葡萄籽在緩慢熟成中穩步累積豐富的酚類物質，成為葡萄酒風味與架構的基石。一旦達到所謂的「Phenolic Ripeness ( 酚類物質成熟 )」甜蜜點，所釀製出的酒往往能擁有綿密細緻的單寧、平衡宜人的酸度，更具備長期陳年的底氣與潛力。

對熱愛葡萄酒的我們而言，「好年份」承載著穩定品質的承諾與卓越的陳年價值，這些傳奇世紀年份不僅僅是大自然的恩惠，更是時間與歷史的見證，它的價值隨著歲月的流轉亦發珍貴。

1996 波爾多的經典再現 1996 慢熟而雋永的勃根地

1996 年對於波爾多來說，是氣候條件近乎完美的經典年份。溫暖的春天帶來良好且均勻的開花；夏季則偏涼且多雨，整個生長季氣候潮濕，八月底的大量降雨為葡萄果實的生長提供了充足水分，卻也為正值轉色期 (Véraison) 的 Merlot 帶來了些許壓力。不過幸運的是，隨後的九月迎來晴朗而溫暖的「Indian summer」，明媚的陽光和溫和的氣候，讓晚熟的 Cabernet Sauvignon 得以在理想條件下緩慢成熟，糖分穩定累積、酚類物質充分發展，同時也保留了自然的酸度，直到十月份才陸續採收，迎來完美的果實。

現任 Château Mouton-Rothschild 釀酒總監的 Philippe Dhalluin，1996 年時仍於 Château Branaire-Ducru 釀酒，他曾表示「那年十月初送進酒窖的葡萄美極了 ! 果實緊緻、風味集中，堪稱當時的典範。(They were very beautiful, croquant [crunchy] grapes that were a big reference at that time.)」整體而言，以 Cabernet Sauvignon 為主的左岸葡萄酒在 1996 年表現得極為出色，酒體飽滿、結構大氣、單寧緊緻且集中，展現出驚人的陳年潛力，堪稱是繼 1990 年後最出色的年份之一。如今經過多年的瓶中陳釀，這些 1996 年的佳釀展現出深邃的複雜性，果味恰到好處、酒體勻稱而不顯臃腫－ Margaux 以其典型的優雅花香與細膩氣質脫穎而出；St-Estèphe 則較往常更具厚度與肉感； Saint-Julien 展現了完美的平衡；Médoc 和 Graves 也同樣表現出色，酒評家 Jancis Robinson 便讚譽 1996 年是波爾多的經典年份之一。

相較之下，波爾多右岸則因轉色期的暴雨而受限。以 Merlot 為主的葡萄成熟較早，部分酒莊為避免採收期的降雨而選擇提前採收，使得酒體略顯單薄，故排水良好的葡萄園在這一個年份充分展現地塊優勢，釀出結構清晰、果味純淨的佳釀。

而以 Sauternes 為主的甜酒產區，則在 1996 這一年異軍突起。八月的降雨為貴腐菌的生長創造了絕佳的條件，而秋季的乾燥涼爽則促成貴腐葡萄的完美成熟。這一年的甜酒酸度明亮、結構均衡，散發著蜂蜜、杏桃與蜜餞的香氣，優雅又耐久陳，是典型的好年份。

1996 年的勃根地擁抱了溫暖而乾燥的春季，葡萄藤於四月中旬萌芽，隨後五月雖多雨，幸而未遭受霜害；六月初迎來一波炎熱且陽光充沛的天氣，使葡萄藤開花順利且均勻，為豐收奠下基礎；七月至八月氣溫起伏不定，部分地區出現零星降雨，也有些地塊因乾旱而承受壓力。不過整體而言，1996 年的夏季乾燥而溫和，白天穩定充足的日照讓葡萄能穩定積累糖分，而北風帶來的冷空氣使得氣溫長時間低於常年平均，則使葡萄果實同時保留了出色的天然酸度，儘管長時間的乾冷也使得部分地區面臨葡萄串無法均勻熟成的困擾。

九月延續了乾燥晴朗的節奏，降雨量僅為往年的一半。伯恩丘 (Côte de Beaune) 的官方葡萄採收令 (Ban des vendanges) 訂於 9 月 18 日，夜丘 (Côte de Nuits) 則為 9 月 20 日，較 1995 年提前了一週。然而，收穫的速度相當緩慢，部分釀酒師為了確保採收到完全成熟且狀態良好的葡萄，進行了逐串仔細地挑選。儘管如此，1996 年依然是產量豐富的年份，挑選出來的葡萄果實健康飽滿、成熟度理想，糖分高且酸度充足。另一方面，白酒在初期展現出較 1995 年更明亮的酸度與更稜角分明的線條。Chardonnay 在夏末初秋的涼夜中維持了極佳的酸度，帶出檸檬、白桃與礦物的冷冽，骨架鮮明、優雅纖細。然而，命運也在此年劃下註記，1996 年同為白酒提早氧化「Premox (premature oxidation 的縮寫 )」開始引發關注的年份，許多白酒因而未能兌現原本備受期待的潛力。儘管如此，仍然有許多頂尖酒莊與才華洋溢的釀酒師在這一年打造出完美的白酒，相較於豐腴濃郁的 1995 年，至今仍展現令人讚嘆的新鮮感與礦石氣息。

對紅酒而言，理想的氣候條件讓 Pinot Noir 得以保有迷人的酸度與優雅的骨架。1996 年的勃根地紅酒以酸度為核心，風格明亮、純淨而細緻內斂。然而，這一年也是相對慢熟的年份，年輕時略顯緊澀與含蓄，但隨著時間沈澱，層次逐漸舒展開來，展現出深邃的風味與柔和的質地。許多名莊在這一年釀出帶著紅色系莓果、礦石、乾燥玫瑰與茶香的優雅酒款，經過十多年的瓶中陳年後，這些酒開始綻放出 Pinot Noir 獨有的魅力－皮革、煙草與潮濕泥土的氣息交織，酒體平衡而有深度，呈現歲月沉澱後的從容大氣。

The bouquet is magniﬁcent: extraordinarily pure and delineated, bewitching black fruit laced with cedar and graphite, the latter lending an almost Pauillac-like personality. The 1982 Léoville Las Cases is one of the least evolved wines of the vintage, and this impeccably conserved ex-château bottle was, if anything, even more youthful still. Retaining a saturated ruby-black hue at age 40, it unwinds in the glass with aromas of cassis and other dark fruits mingled with notions of pencil shavings and loamy soil. On the palate, it's full-bodied, broad-shouldered and muscular, with an ample core of fruit framed by voluminous, powdery tannins. Rich and concentrated, with an expansive, comparatively low-acid proﬁle, it comes into its own with extended aeration and with food.

Lafite 酒莊的歷史可追溯至西元 1234 年，然而一直要到 1675 年 Jacques de Ségur 公爵將其納入西谷家族 (Ségur family) 的事業版圖， Lafite 酒莊才真正開始有了飛躍性地發展。1855 年，Lafite 被列為波爾多葡萄酒分級制度中的 Premier Grand Cru Classé，正式確立其於葡萄酒世界的崇高地位。

面對近年全球暖化帶來的乾旱與高酒精濃度挑戰，Château Laﬁte 早已展開全面性的有機轉型，透過提升葡萄園的生物多樣性來強化土壤的活力與葡萄藤自然的抗性。同時積極投入砧木 (rootstocks)、排水系統與樹冠管理等研究，降低水資源的消耗並提升環境韌性。酒莊亦開始採行「微區塊 (micro-block)」精準管理，將每一區的葡萄園獨立採收釀造，以便更加精確地掌握各個地塊的特性，並在調配時取得更好的平衡與複雜度。這些前瞻性的農法革新，使 Laﬁte 即使身處氣候劇變的時代，仍能維持其受世人讚譽的優雅與平衡。

Château Margaux 創建於 1590 年，早在 17 世紀就因其卓越的品質受到當時歐洲貴族的喜愛。法國大革命期間，酒莊一度遭到沒收，直到 1802 年由 Marquis Douat de Colonilla 收購，並興建了迄今仍屹立的酒莊城堡建築。19 世紀間酒莊數度易主，直至 1977 年由希臘裔企業家 André Mentzelopoulos 買下，投入巨資整頓葡萄園，並邀請傳奇釀酒師 Émile Peynaud 指導。1980 年 André 英年早逝，女兒 Corinne 接掌酒莊，延攬年輕釀酒師 Paul Pontalier，兩人的攜手締造了 Margaux 的輝煌時代，使其恢復為波爾多優雅與精緻的象徵。Margaux 酒莊也自 1977 年以來，便為 Mentzelopoulos 家族單一持有，2023 年年底，Corinne 的兒女 Alexis 與 Alexandra 正式接班，為酒莊開啟一個嶄新的篇章。

Château Palmer 位於波爾多左岸 Margaux 村，與 Château Margaux 毗鄰。有別於同村其他酒莊，Palmer 鍾情於 Merlot 的使用，高比例的 Merlot 反映在其旗艦酒款圓潤而柔美的酒體。特殊的長時間浸皮製程，使酒色濃郁、單寧豐富；此外，酒莊還加入些許 Petit Verdot，為酒款帶來神秘的辛香料風情。絲綢般柔美纏綿的質感、花果馥郁優雅的香氣，與強勁的單寧架構帶來微妙的反差感，是 Château Palmer 令人迷醉的獨特魅力。 2004 年，曾於 Ornellaia 擔任技術總監的 Thomas Duroux 回到家鄉加入 Palmer，自 2008 年推動酒莊轉向生物動力法，在莊園內飼養牛隻生產堆肥，並在春季萌芽前放牧綿羊於葡萄園內，使每一個地塊在最低限度的人為干擾下展現更明確的個性，打造出更具風土精準度的酒款。酒莊於 2017 年取得 Demeter International 生物動力認證，自 2018 年份起正式標示為有機與生物動力酒。

2014 年對 Palmer 來說意義非凡，這是第一個全數葡萄園轉為生物動力栽培的年份，釀造過程中也完全屏除二氧化硫的使用 (SO2)。 Thomas Duroux 認為二氧化硫會讓單寧結構變乾、抑制酒中的新鮮香氣，因此降低 SO2 的使用量不僅能讓酒款在年輕時飲用就能有完整的香氣呈現，也能在長時間的瓶中陳年後保持純淨優雅的風格。

有別於其他四大酒莊，Haut-Brion 位於 Pessac-Léognan 產區，是 1855 年波爾多酒莊分級制度中歷史最為悠久的一級酒莊。HautBrion 的紅葡萄酒氣質清新雋逸，越陳越香，有著雪松、木炭、菸草與 Graves 區特殊的礦石氣息，以及黑色莓果濃郁而迷人的果香，複雜華麗而神祕，酒質細膩卻帶著不容忽視的力道。

位於右岸 Pomerol 的 Pétrus 雖無正式的官方分級，卻是波爾多當之無愧的傳奇酒莊。酒莊名稱源自聖人聖彼得 (Saint Peter)，酒標上繪製的則是他的肖像，手持一把通往天堂的鑰匙。Pétrus 擁有 11.5 公頃的葡萄園，97% 種植 Merlot，土壤以含有鐵質的砂質粘土 (crasse de fer) 為主，表層則覆以礫石與沙質土壤，賦予酒體獨特的力量與礦物深度。黏土良好的保水性使葡萄在乾旱年份仍能成熟均衡，成就 Pétrus 標誌性的集中度與陳年潛力。

酒莊以最為傳統的方式控管著葡萄藤的生長，在採收前進行多次剪枝，並控制芽眼的數量，以確保每一串葡萄都能得到最充足的養分，粒粒皆為上乘的果實。葡萄經光學分選後以不鏽鋼錐形槽發酵，之後在全新法國橡木桶中熟成兩年，最後以蛋清澄清、無過濾裝瓶，所打造出的酒款兼具力量與優雅，是 Pomerol 風土的極致呈現。但也正因葡萄數量的控管，Pétrus 的產量極低，年產不到四萬瓶，在葡萄狀況不好的年份甚至會選擇停產，堅持以最嚴謹的釀造打造出最精彩的酒款。

酒莊直送專區注意事項

1. 酒莊直送拍品全數儲存於波爾多酒商 JOANNE 的酒窖中，待拍賣結束確認成交後，才會進行運輸作業，預計交貨時間為拍賣日起後三個月，依實際船班抵達時間為準。

2. 窖藏的環境及酒款的狀況皆符合上拍標準，品質無虞，唯如有瓶身老舊、酒標輕微磨損等外觀上的狀況，則依現況為主。

3. 得標酒款委託海外代理方處理貼標、出口及運輸等事宜。若無指定運輸方式，則酒款一律由冷藏海運運輸回台灣後再行配送，自海外運輸回台灣本島的費用已包含在拍品的落槌金額中。

The 2005 Montrose continues to show brilliantly, unwinding in the glass with notes of blackcurrant, red fruits, loamy soil, black trufﬂes and cigar ash. Full-bodied, deep and concentrated, it's still brooding and tannic, with lively acids and an imposing chassis of structuring and artery-cleansing extract. Still an adolescent, it's one of the last unrepentantly old-school vintages of Montrose, and Médoc purists couldn't own enough. While this remains a very youthful wine, it is now apparent that the 2005 will, at maturity, surpass the 1989 and 1990.

It has a wondrous bouquet, very sensual and pure with blackberry, graphite and cedar - all the hallmarks of Pauillac, delivered with great panache. The palate is medium-bodied with silky tannins, pitchperfect acidity and a beautiful structure. There is a regal sense to this Laﬁte, understated compared to the other First Growths and yet the persistence on the ﬁnish deserves a round of applause, especially in the context of the vintage. This is superb and could possibly turn out to be the pick of the Firsts.

有著勃根地「香貝丹之王」美譽的 Armand Rousseau 是勃根地夜丘 Gevrey-Chambertin 村內的第一名莊。酒莊創立於二十世紀初期，並在 1930 年代率先採取「Domaine Bottling」的革新舉措，開啟了勃根地酒莊自釀自銷的風潮。酒莊目前由第三代釀酒師 Eric Rousseau 掌舵，自 1980 年代起推行更為自然的葡萄園管理，減少化學肥料和殺蟲劑的使用，實行綠色採收與有機耕作，並逐步導入生物動力法。在轉型的同時，亦延續著家族嚴謹的傳統，使酒莊持續屹立於頂尖之列。

Since the last time I tried this in 2016, it clearly evidences some evolution though it's clear that this is very much still on the way up. There is still a slight, if discernible, dash of unabsorbed wood present on the notably ripe nose that displays a superb range of spice elements along just a hint of secondary character on the black currant, plum, earth and game scents. The superbly concentrated and overtly powerful big-bodied flavors are wonderfully rich, sappy and lavish large-scaled flavors that flash excellent power and drive on the highly complex and still firm though not longer compact finale that offers simply stunning length.

There is barely enough wood to mention on the wonderfully fresh and airy aromas of red cherry, pomegranate, earth and a hint of the sauvage. The seductively textured yet well-delineated big-bodied flavors possess an abundance of energy on the intensely mineralinflected, sappy and impeccably well-balanced finale that reflects a touch of youthful austerity. The sheer level of complexity is stunning, and this knockout of a Chambertin should age for a very, very long time yet it's not so backward and it couldn't be approached after a decade or so of aging.

A heavily toasted nose with spice, wood and tar nuances frames ripe but fresh black pinot fruit and cassis aromas that also display an extraordinary panoply of secondary nuances, including earth, underbrush, leather, soy and spice. The powerful, rich and utterly delicious big-bodied and very concentrated flavors coat and stain the palate and completely buffer the now softening tannic spine on the superbly long finish. In short, this is flat out incredible juice and while it's clearly quite oaky, the wood somehow works quite well with the wine even though it's far from invisible.

Domaine Dujac 座落於 Morey-Saint-Denis，由 Jacques Seysses 成立於 1968 年，葡萄園由原先的 5 公頃擴展至今日的 17.5 公頃，擁有包含 BonnesMares、Clos Saint-Denis、Échézeaux 與 Clos de la Roche 等在內七塊特級葡萄園。Dujac 酒莊亦釀造白酒，但讓其遠近馳名的仍是其充滿特色的紅酒，顏色清透的酒液有著深邃迷人的吸引力。Domaine Dujac 自 80 年代中期便開始採用生物動力法耕種，在大多數酒莊採以去梗方式釀造的現今，罕見地採用不去梗的整串葡萄釀造方式，充滿芬芳酒香及層次鮮明的酒體為其獨樹一格的標幟。

All the superb and dramatic complexity that this displayed from barrel has made it into bottle as an extremely ripe and fantastically broad nose soars from the glass, merging seamlessly into dense, pure rich and powerful ﬂavors that are opulent, sweet and dripping with so much extract and sap that the combination stains and saturates the palate on the hugely proportioned yet impeccably balanced ﬁnish that is so long that it doesn't seem possible. In sum, a 'wow' wine that makes you shake your head in sheer amazement.

Here the stem influence is less obvious though the floral component remains quite strong with a highly spiced nose of violet, rose petal and plum that introduces rich and highly seductive flavors that brim with a more than sufficient amount of dry extract to coat the palate. The ultra-elegant and hugely long finish is shaped by extremely fine tannins and the '09 Amoureuses is class in a glass. A remarkable effort.

Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier 是 Chambolle-Musigny 村莊最受人推崇的酒莊之一，十九世紀末由 Armand Mugnier 創立。曾一度將葡萄園出租給酒商，直到 1985 年現任莊主 Frédéric Mugnier 回歸，才重新掌舵家族產業。

Frédéric 原在石油產業工作，1985 年接手酒莊後，決心以更純粹的方式釀酒。他以「buvabilité ( 可飲性 )」為核心思想，主張葡萄酒應自然且充滿生命力，而非一昧追求力量與厚度。自他接手後，葡萄園全面停止化

學肥料與殺蟲劑的使用，並自 1989 年起維持平均 35-40hl/ha 的低產量。酒莊以其輕盈透明的質地、細膩的結構、與充滿鮮活力量的酒體著稱。

這來自於 Frédéric 在釀造過程中對細節的要求。酒莊採取 100% 去梗以及完整果粒發酵、34 度以下的低溫發酵、大幅降低新桶的使用比例、在裝瓶前不進行澄清或過濾，保留最純淨的香氣與柔順的單寧。被視為 Chambolle-Musigny 最經典的詮釋，亦為 Musigny 的典範。
