VER THE YEARS MANY PEOPLE have looked at retail employment as a stepthrough job on the way to a college diploma, or a secondary job to fill in household budgets. Retail is such a part of everyone’s life that in many respects the concept of how products get on shelves and why the entity chose those products gets lost in the expectation of immediate gratification.
