Randy Sevcik is the founder of Elite Group Retirement Services (EGRS), an independent agency based in Long Grove, Illinois. The firm is dedicated to helping clients safeguard their life savings through annuities, privatized pensions, and retirement income solutions designed to work alongside Social Security. Since starting EGRS in 2012, his mission has been to fill a gap in the financial services industry by offering retirement income plans that are simple, guaranteed, and tailored to each client’s specific needs, while also reducing taxes and ensuring complete asset protection. Over time, he has provided guidance to more than 300 clients. Randy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. His journey into the financial services field was shaped by a personal experience at a very young age. At five years old, he experienced the sudden passing of his father, an event that led to an immediate shift in his family’s financial situation. As the youngest of seven children, he witnessed how inadequate estate planning and sudden loss could quickly drain family assets, creating a climate of stress and uncertainty. This early hardship became his motivation to build a career helping others avoid similar challenges. As a retirement advisor, licensed financial professional, and retirement income planner, Randy Sevcik works with a clear set of principles: maximizing retirement income, preventing asset loss, and creating personalized legacy strategies. By applying these principles, he develops focused, actionable plans that align closely with each client’s goals for the future. Over the past five years, his expertise in retirement income planning—including wills, trusts, and tax strategies—has been highlighted in multiple television interviews. EGRS offers a range of services, including personal retirement planning, guaranteed income solutions, tax and cash flow management, and strategies for risk reduction.
