Transfer Information
Membership in AQHA must be current in order to transfer a horse into your name. Memberships are paid annually. If you need an AQHA membership, please call AQHA so that your transfer will not be held up for membership. AQHA: (806) 376-4811 Please allow 4-6 weeks for a normal transfer of ownership. If you have questions regarding the status of your transfer for any horse purchased at this sale, please call our office.

No horse will leave the grounds without a bill of sale. All broodmares will be preg checked within 30 days of sale. Buyer has 5 days to have vet checked if in question at buyer’s expense. Bidding: Positive ID is required to receive a buyer’s number. Each bidder must have a buyer’s number to bid. The highest bidder is the buyer. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute is reserved by the auctioneer. His decision shall be final. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Risk: Title to and risk or loss passes to the buyer when the animal is declared “SOLD” by the auctioneer.
