TRANSPORTATION Buyers are encouraged to pick up bulls at the sale. Bracewell Cattle will bring bulls back to the ranch (Tioga, Texas) at no additional charge for pickup within 7 days of the sale. HEALTH All bulls are guaranteed to be breeders within six months of sale. Fertility guarantee does not cover a bulls ability to produce freezable high quality semen suitable for artificial insemination. All bulls will be eligible for Interstate travel and a Health Certificate will be provided.

SALE CONDITION & TERMS Standard sale conditions prevail. All sales are Cash/ Check and settlement must be made at the conclusion of the sale. Please make checks to Cattlemans Livestock Commission. Cattle will not be released until settlement is made. Announcements made from the block will take precedence over printed data.

As the cattle market has seen some changes here lately, it’s even more important to add top quality bulls to your program to maximize your calf crop. This year, as an added bonus, to our repeat customers and volume buyers we are offering a 5% cash Rebate to qualifying purchases: Repeat customers: If you purchased a bull in the previous years’ sale and purchase price this year is $3000 or above, you will receive a 5% cash rebate. Volume buyers: If you purchase multiple bulls, you will be eligible for a 5% rebate on bulls’ whose purchase price is $3000 or above! *can be a first year customer! * Rebates will be awarded within 30 days of purchase date. TERMINAL SIRE INDEX (TSI) The AICA Terminal Sire Index (TSI) utilizes economic and management descriptions of your ranching operation, along with EPD on available Charolais bulls to assist in identifying the most profitable sires for your unique operation. TSI generates dollar indexes per terminal progeny produced on bulls in the AICA database, ranking them for profit potential. The dollar indexes are to be interpreted much like a single trait EPD. For example, if sire A’s index is $191.66 and sire B’s index is $200.00, then we would expect Sire B’s offspring to average $8.34 more net return ($200.00-$191.66) than Sire A’s offspring.
