Located along the banks of one of Montana’s greatest fly fishing rivers, this property is between Yellowstone National Park and Livingston in the famed Paradise Valley. The Yellowstone River forms the north and west boundaries of the property for about a mile. Rolling bluffs above the river showcase ‘big sky’ views, with the Gallatin Range to the west and the Absaroka Range to the east. The river bottom is full of cottonwood trees and small junipers and loaded with wildlife.
