Since 1992, Fay Ranches has helped families and investors buy and sell the land they care most about: ranches, farms, timberland, vineyards, and sporting properties, guided by four pillars of family, investment value, sporting pursuits, and conservation. Endstate Commercial Partners advises business owners, property owners, and investors across emerging tertiary and rural markets, the small town and gateway community commercial side of the same rural economy Fay serves. It brings the same standards of local credibility, discretion, and long horizon thinking to Main Street real estate that Fay brings to the land.
Land Investor is the storytelling arm of the Fay platform, a magazine, podcast, and article library covering land ownership, agriculture, conservation, and rural investment for an audience of landowners, sportsmen, and buyers. It exists to educate rather than sell, which is why it gives brand partners access to an engaged, high intent readership through credible content instead of interruption.
The Fay Rural Community Foundation is the 501(c) (3) arm dedicated to strengthening rural America, with trade school scholarships at the center of the mission. Skilled trades keep rural towns running, and FRCF sends young people from these communities to the training that turns into a career close to home. Funding comes from donor and partner support, and foundation events so sponsorship dollars go straight back into the towns it came from.
What is the Fay Ranches Summit? Once a year, every Fay Ranches agent steps away from their market for five days to gather in one place. Mornings are built around the speakers, market outlook, and workshops that sharpen how our agents work, while evenings turn into the parties and events where the relationships that drive our business actually get built. It’s the single most important week of the year to be in the room
