SUSTAINABILITY Being environmentally responsible means that every machine we produce, has to consume less water and energy. We put our best minds at work to build and upgrade our machines to conserve our natural resources. Weâ€™ve infused groundbreaking technology into every machine we make, resulting in high-efficiency, environmentally responsible products. Having achieved reduced water consumption, Ramsons products also ensure reduced chemical consumption, steam consumption and ETP load.

RESOURCE SAVINGS: WATER

Ramsons employs Nano Spray Technology in our efforts in sustainability to convert water and additives into a mist of nanoparticles. These nano water particles are then sprayed uniformly on a garments and this process saves up to 95% water, 60% of the chemicals used with zero discharge and no cost of effluent treatment. This system can be installed in any front loading Washing or Dyeing machine and works at a 1:0.6 to 1:0.9 MLR. This technology can be used for different applications like softening, resin, water repellant and wrinkle free treatment. The Ramsons Vertostar ™ 7.0 series of front loading machines work at a ratio of 1:5 - 1:7 MLR, while older horizontal machines work at 1:10 - 1:12 MLR. The savings in water is achieved but the precisely low gap between the outer drum and inner basket. The Ramsons Vertostar ™ 7.7 series comes equipped with a “Jet Spray Sytem & Filter Tank” which reduces the MLR to between 1:2 - 1:3. In one batch of a typical Washing process, 50% of the

cycle is used for the RINSE process, where the water is easy to treat and can also be recycled or reused. Ramsons Vertostarâ„˘ series uses a state of the art DUAL DRAINAGE SYSTEM that enables the reuse of effluent and can reduce the size of the ETP while reducing the overall cycle time. In addition to all of these steps in place to reduce the waste of process water, Ramsons also provides a rainwater collection design.

RESOURCE SAVINGS: STEAM The highest consumption of energy in most laundries is that of energy in the form of steam. Ramsons has innovated the Conveyorized dryer to reduce the cost of energy consumed. The conveyorized dryer utilize the ambient temperatures in the laundry to dry the garments at almost no cost. Additional benefits of this revolutionary technology are: â€˘ There is no backstaining â€˘ There no damage to lycra â€˘ The yellowness on garments is removed as there is no over drying. Manpower is reduced drastically as there is only need for a single operator to load and unload the garments. There is no additional space needed as the machine is assembled above existing machines. Ramsons is proud to introduce the revolutionary SCADA steam utilization system.This innovative meant for the drying section helps enhance the quality and finish of garments while greatly reducing Steam Consumption. This in turn helps reduce the fuel expenses. Most of the time, normal dryers are either running on time based or on temperature based requirements, which results in 99% of over dried garments & loss of Steam. The SCADA steam utilization system works on set parameter values and can actively control factors such as humidity, time and temperature using just one software. This helps to utilize the condensate return properly, to heat the boiler feed water tank as well as generate hot water for plant requirement by saving flash steam. It also helps you to check the heat loss in the steam and condensate as pipeline. This system will allow you to gather proper data which can be analyzed and used for further decision making. A recent trial installation has been succesfully implement where we have shown a 16% saving on Fuel Expenses.

STEP 2 - PLANNING & SCHEDULING Planning and scheduling phases are undertaken before the actual project starts and is the document that formally authorizes the Project. It provides comprehensive information about both internal & external aspects of the of the Project, which helps in all round People Management and speed of delivery & empowers the project manager to apply resources to the Project and also helps keep a check on Project Quality Systems by focusing on the deliverables. STEP 3- EXECUTION & INSPECTION Once the Task Scheduling Chart is in place, all contractors and suppliers will be given the task schedule for their respective area of operation which they update on a regular basis which will be reviewed weekly for future action. The Ramsons team will visit for inspection on a regular basis and update the schedule as well. Any change in design or task schedule will be informed on priority basis to all concerned parties to avoid any delay. STEP 4- TESTING Ramsons will see your project through right till the end & we guide you and be involved till your first bulk production. All utilities will be tested before handing over the project. Ramsons will be involved in Testing of equipment & utilities like Piping, Electrification, Drainage, ETP, and more. Any changes required during the testing phases will be immediately carried out on site to ensure that the plant runs smoothly.

JET SPRAY The Ramsons Vertostar 7.7 series is designed to reduce further water consumption compared to Front Loading machine via an optional Jet spray mechanism. This features offers: • Reduction in Water by 30% • Increased productivity by reducing cycle time Reduction in Chemical Consumption. • This functionality has been operational

FILTRATION TANK The machine is supplied with a pressurized filter system to circulate the idle water present between fixed & rotating drum which will reduce the water requirement. The Filter unit is connected with a high pressure pump to circulate the water inside the drum. The pump suction is connected between the fixed & rotating drum of the machine to take out the idle water & re-utilize the same in the process again by dropping back from the back side or the front with Jet spray attachment. This will reduce the water requirement & hence reduces the liquor ratio. The discharge of the the pump is connected with the filtration unit which makes sure to filter the fluff and heavy indigo particles to

NOZZLE A tri planar nozzle ensure uniform distribution of the recycled water to the entire volume of the inner basket. This ensures that all parts of every garment gets are exposed to the dye bath.

This machine has a microprocessor based programmer to control different cycles of the dyeing programme like timing, temperature, dosing etc. The PLC can store upto 80 programs with upto 15 steps in each program.

AUTO CHEMICAL DOZING SYSTEM Three Tank Dosing System consisting fully SS tank with stirrer. These tanks are provided with water inlet & pneumatically operated valves connected with SS pump for dosing & circulation of Dyes for better mixing. One tank has a steam coil for heating.

DRIVE SYSTEM Variable speed inverter drive with 6-40rpm for Washing and 80-120rpm for PRE EXTRACTION. The garments while unloading will not retain much water, hence easier to handle and also keeps the washing area dry and clean

DUAL PNEUMATIC WATER INLET This machine has 2nos of pneumatically operated valves for water inlet. And an additional inlet can be provided to use fresh water, hot water or even recycled water. The production machines come with a dual drain system (400 & 500 kg) which can enable reducing the load on the ETP and also enables faster draining.

CONTROLLED HEATING Here we connect our Hardware called Indirect Heating coil with our software to operate in Auto mode. Which consist special PLC along with Auto Controlling Valves to raise the temperature of Water with a gradient of 5 Deg/minute & cooling up to 3 Deg/minute.

TEFLON COATING This feature is meant for dyeing and more specifically pigment dyeing. The added teflon coating on the basket ensures that the dye does not stay on dryer and wear of onto the next load. The teflon is cured onto the stainless steel drying using a high temperature (650 deg C) oven.

DUAL DRAIN In Washing â€“ in one complete batch process, 50% cycles are for RINSE process, which is very easy to treat and also very easy to recycle or reuse. Even if we consider only Rinse Water and Softener Process Water also its almost 50% of Water which can be recycled with very less treatment. So again from 255 m3 ETP you can reduce load of 125 m3

TUMBLE DRYER RTD 200 - FEATURES The sample drying machines are used to test recipes and formulae prior to bulk production. The Ramsons sampling machines are designed to make the test garment go through the identical process as they would in the bulk production machines. From timing, temperature control and RH control, the entire process used in bulk production is replicated in the sample drying machines.

PNEUMATIC COOLING SYSTEM An additional cooling cycle at the end of the drying cycle is recommended and ramsons offers this feature via an automated (pneumatic) system that is controlled by the PLC. at the end the cycle, the PLC signal the cylinder to open and this opens a small opening at the top of the dryer thereby letting in cool air.

INFRARED DISPLAY For our customers interested in more accurate temperature displays, Ramsons offers an infrared temperature control mechansim. The infrared sensor senses the temperature of the garment and as it is interfaced with the PLC, it can signal the dryer to stop of continue the cycle.

TUMBLE DRYER RTD 200 - FEATURES

STEAM & CHEMICAL SPRAY Some cycles require the use of steam and / or softeners and other chemicals to be sprayed onto the garments while they are being tumbled. Ramsons uses a high pressure pump and customized octagonal nozzles to deliver the media into the drum at the right volume.

STAINLESS STEEL RADIATOR Ramsons uses 6 and even 8 row deep stainless steel AISI 304 grade radiators that have a very high conductive ability and are highly resistant to corrosion thereby ensuring a lower cycle time and an overall higher lifetime.

SPRAY BOOTH SPRAY BOOTH 1-6 MANNEQUINS • Ramsons Spray booths are manufactured using Stainless Steel 316 and 304. • There is a floating Stainless steel platform for the operator to stand on while operating the PP guns • This machine is available from one to six vertical mannequins and comes standard with a water curtain to absorb residual chemical • A recycling water pump has filters to separate the moisture and air and ensures that contaminated water is not carried by the Air. • Air blowing into the mannequins are hand operated and controllable using German make pressure switches. • A high exhaust system is placed on the top or behind the spray booth and is essential for compliance as the fumes should not reach the operator. • The mannequins itself has the properties of auto reversing, auto air inlet and auto air exhaust valves.

CONVEYOR SPRAY BOOTH CONVEYOR SPRAY BOOTH The conveyorized dryer utilize the ambient temperatures in the laundry to dry the garments at almost no cost. Additional benefits of this revolutionary technology are: • There is no backstaining • There no damage to lycra • The yellowness on garments is removed as there is no over drying. BATCH CURING OVEN The Ramsons garment batch curing oven is used for polymerization of resin on the garments to give a wrinkle-free finish. Other special effects than be cured are permanent 3D whiskers on denims.This oven is fully stainless steel and double wall insulated to ensure minimum heat loss. This oven works on principle of forced air convection i.e. the hot air is blown from top and the chamber is pressurized to achieve uniform temperature throughout the oven. The heating

KEBAB & W MACHINE

KEBAB MACHINE The Ramsons Kebab machine is used to create 3D whiskers on denim garments. In addition, the machine also cured the whiskers to ensure they do not lose their form. This versatile machine helps create numerous new looks and finishes without added attachments or manpower. This machine has the provision to further reduce time by minimum 25% with the addition of an addtional (optional) heating system. It is easy to operate, safe, requires minimum maintenance and takes less space.

W MACHINE This machine consists of 2 bucks that are spring loaded and placed on a robust powder coated structure. Rubber moulds with different impression depending on the intensity and placement of the whiskers required are placed on these bucks over which the denim trouser is placed and scrubbed to generate the desired impression.
