Package once booked cannot be cancelled/amended. The entire package is non-refundable

The hotel doesn’t guarantee to ful l the choice of room(s) mentioned in terms of the type of Bed(s) and position of the room(s). There shall not be any compensation or refunds made in such cases

In view of security reasons, you are requested to Submit an original photo identity card (Aadhar card / Driving License / Passport / Voter ID/ Pan Card) at the time of check-in, for all occupants
As per the Hotel policy, a maximum number of 2 Adults & 2 Children (11 years. Below with additional charges ) are permitted to share the room in Sitara only
As per the Hotel policy, for Tara Hotel a maximum number of 02 Adults, 1 Child (11 years below) are permitted to share a room
Child policy:- 0 to 5 years Complimentary accompanying in parents room. 6 to 11yrs child rates apply
Maximum of one extra mattress can be provided per room at an extra cost

All hotel bookings are subject to availability

Standard Check-In time is 12: 00 hrs and Check Out time is 10: 00 hrs.
Early Check-In or late Check-Out may attract an additional half-day charge
Plus taxes for a maximum of 4 hours and thereafter a full-day rate (rate of the day) will beapplicable.
An extra mattress, if not included in the package, will be charged at an additional rate plus applicable taxes and will always be subject to availability
The reservation does not guarantee the room allocation on the basis of the Guest’s preference, such as a king bed, twin bed, smoking room, etc. However, we will be continuously striving towards meeting guest’s expectations
The hotel will be charging an additional amount as an advance token against the payment for availing of other services/facilities in the hotel
Due to any inclement weather condition at any of the destinations, we are not liable for any kind of refund
Postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking will have to be made, subject to availability and only at a prevailing rate
