We visit with Chef Corbett Monica at Raleigh's favorite Italian restaurant, Bella Monica, not once, but twice. Prior to the COVID shutdown, we enjoyed remarkable dishes at Bella Monica, and post-COVID, we sampled some of Corbett's finest at home via their curbside take-out. It's easy to see why Bella Monica has won Best Italian in the Triangle for several years running in addition to the Wine Spectator Award for Best Wine List.
