In our restaurant profile for this issue, we travel far from downtown Raleigh to visit Stellino's Italiano, owned by Chef Corbett Monica of longtime Italian favorite Bella Monica. There were so many great dishes and wines to choose from, it was difficult to say no to anything! Needless to say, we ate way too much, but it was worth it.
