On World Environment Day, June 5, 2025, something beautiful began at Raja Yoga Center — and it is still spreading. The “Ripples of Positivity” campaign was launched with one simple idea: a single kind thought can create a wave of change.
Instead of long to-do lists or heavy reminders about what we are doing wrong, this campaign feels refreshingly light. It is about choosing thoughts that uplift us, sharing them freely, and letting positive action flow naturally.
At the heart of it all is a small, beautifully designed card — the Ripples of Positivity card. On one side, you will find an inspiring affirmation which encourages you to take one step for your inner world — like staying positive in challenges, living simply, respecting all life, or daring to follow your dreams. On the other side, a gentle invitation to take one simple step for the planet
— maybe refusing single-use plastics, reducing food waste, or disposing of waste thoughtfully.
Many of us have already picked up cards and passed them on — to friends, family, colleagues, even strangers — watching the ripple grow. Each card carries a unique number, so we can trace how far a single commitment travels as it inspires others to do the same.
Stories are already flowing in: a young student who planted a tree after receiving her card, a mother and daughter who pledged to cut down food waste, and a group of office workers who decided to keep reusable bottles on their desks. All of these are gentle, joyful changes — no pressure, no guilt.

The Raja Yoga Center in Dubai, in collaboration with Women Business Circle, hosted the “Women Wellness and Resilience: Strength from Within” in May, which brought together women leaders to pause, reflect, and nurture their inner strength. A panel discussion with women leaders in their respective field was the highlight of the event.

Seema Hallon, a senior business executive who moderated the talk, opened the discussion with an empowering call: “A woman can fly if she thought about it,” encouraging women to prioritize self-care amidst busy lives. Her Excellencey Laila Rahhal, CEO of Woman Business Circle who initiated the event, highlighted how “Every calm mind plants the seed for a stronger community,” emphasising the importance of meditation and support for each other.
Panelists—Sister Jyotika (meditation teacher), Meelu Wadhawani (holistic life coach), Lata Nakhra (school principal), and Medilyn Manibo (content

producer)—shared insights on resilience through meditation, compassionate education, holistic healing, and clear communication, demonstrating how inner clarity fuels strength. (Click here to watch)
