The edge banding machine from RADEK’s premium series is equipped with numerous functions to achieve a perfect finish on every produced piece. It is ideal for industries looking to improve production and increase edge banding capacity up to a speed of 23 meters per minute. A large touchscreen display allows for automatic panel thickness adjustment. Its robust construction ensures stability and reliability during operation. An additional unit with press wheels has been added to eliminate the possibility of panel movement during processing. Compared to the standard model, the RK-5ALL-PREMIUM+ comes with several practical upgrades: a quick-change glue pot with 2 glue pots included in the set, additional flat scrapers for a cleaner finish, 3 automatic lubrication pumps, a 21.5-inch display with a user-friendly interface, and the option for horizontal drilling.

Final panel finishing by polishing for an even smoother surface. Polishing elements remove small residues and traces of processing, leaving a surface with a high gloss and professional appearance.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM The RK-5ALL-PREMIUM+ is equipped with 3 automatic lubrication pumps, unlike the standard version which features 1 automatic and 2 manual lubrication points. The automatic system enables easier maintenance, more stable operation, and a longer lifespan of mechanical components.
RETURN CONVEYOR (Optional) The return conveyor is an intelligent solution that significantly increases productivity and reduces labor requirements. Compatible with the RK-5ALL-PREMIUM+ edge banding machine, this conveyor automatically returns the processed workpiece to the operator, allowing the entire operation to be managed by a single person – without additional assistance.

QUICK-CHANGE GLUE POT The RK-5ALL-PREMIUM+ is equipped with a quickchange glue pot, enabling faster operation and easier maintenance. The standard set includes 2 glue pots — one for white glue and the other for transparent glue — or it can serve as a backup while the first is being cleaned.
ADDITIONAL FLAT SCRAPERS In addition to the standard radius scrapers, the RK-5ALL-PREMIUM+ also features additional flat scrapers. This provides even better finishing, a cleaner surface, and a higher-quality edge appearance.
PUR GLUE (Optional) System for working with PUR glue, designed for higher bonding quality and greater resistance to moisture, heat, and everyday use. PUR glue is an excellent choice for manufacturers who require a higher-quality and longer-lasting edge, especially for kitchens, bathrooms, and furniture exposed to heavier use.
