The RK-280E-PRO CNC panel saw is designed for fast, precise, and high-volume cutting of particleboard, MDF, laminated panels, and other sheet materials. With a cutting length of 2800mm or optionally 3300mm and a maximum cutting height of 100mm, the machine enables multiple panels to be processed in a single working cycle. Automatic positioning, servo drive, and the precise rackand-pinion system with linear guides ensure consistent accuracy even under heavy loads.
MASSIVE AND STABLE CONSTRUCTION The massive steel structure is manufactured using high-precision welding and thermal stress relief. The rigid machine body maintains its geometry during long-term operation, reduces vibrations, and ensures stable, clean, and repeatable cuts throughout every shift, every day.
POWERFUL SYSTEM WITH SCORING UNIT The 11kW main motor and scoring unit ensure clean cuts without damaging the decorative surface layer. The machine processes panels up to 2800 or 3200mm in length and up to 100mm thick, delivering reliable results even in high-volume production.
