ln the interest of full transparency, we would like to share an important update.
The Board recently received notice that our current HOA management company, Fieldstone Management, will be terminating our management agreement effective Fahuary 28, 2026.
This decision was not based on any issues related to our association, but rather on internal cost consideration on the part of Fieldstone.
The Board is actively working to secure a new management partnership. Our goal is to have a new relationship in place before February 28 to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for the community.
We will continue to keep you informed as we make progress and share additional details as they become available.
