NO PARKING ON UNIMPROVED COMMON AREAS STAY OFF RUNWAY !!!!! Speed limit is 25 mph Primary entry and exit by all Contractors will be via the main vehicle gate. The Lot Owner will obtain a temporary gate code for their Contractors to use. It is the responsibility of the Lot Owner and the General Contractor to distribute the code to personnel as necessary. The construction gate is to be used only for vehicles that cannot safely pass through the main vehicle gate. When the Construction gate is accessed, it must be closed behind the vehicle after clearing the gate. The gate is not to be left open. When vehicles leave the Airpark, the construction gate must be closed and locked. It is the responsibility of the Lot Owner and Contractors to make sure this is done. Whenever a vehicle meets an aircraft on a taxiway the vehicle must back up if needed and use the nearest driveway and give way to the aircraft. Do not drive off the roadway, move onto the shoulder or attempt to drive around the aircraft. Heavy equipment must be loaded and unloaded off the pavement. If this is not possible, protect the asphalt from damage. The lot owner is responsible for any asphalt damage that may occur. Taxiways and shoulders must be kept clear to a distance of 15 feet from edge of pavement. No parking, no stacking of materials, etc. Roadways, taxiways must be kept clean of debris, dirt, mud, rock etc. daily. More if needed. Contractors must notify all residents of Dry Creek Airpark of date and time of any blasting at least one day in advance. You may leave a notice on front doors, go door-to-door or phone residents Contractor is responsible for clean up of all construction debris blown around the airpark. Dogs must be kept under control and not allowed to roam off the lot where job is located. No construction noise shall be made between the hours of 9:00PM and 7:00AM. Music/radios shall not be so loud as to offend neighbors. If there is extra rock debris from the job site, contact owner or homeowners’ association for possible disposal site. Stay off Neighboring lots. A map of the airpark is included with these rules. The Dry Creek Airpark CC&Rs specify a deadline for construction of the residence not to exceed 18 months from the day of first excavation to final inspection. For the purposes of interpretation, the day of first excavation shall be interpreted to reference the date of the first footing inspection prior to foundation pouring.
