New Haven, Conn. (September 4, 2026) — Long Wharf Theatre announces the full cast and additional programming for The Ford/Hill Project, the first production of its 62nd season, State of the Union. The Ford/Hill Project is an acclaimed documentary theatre work, created by Elizabeth Marvel and Lee Sunday Evans, in collaboration with Waterwell, the Obie Award-winning production company dedicated to creating theatre, film, and digital media that wrestle with complex civic questions while bringing communities together through storytelling. Following acclaimed engagements at Woolly Mammoth Theatre, The Public Theater, and La MaMa, the production comes to Long Wharf Theatre’s stage for performances September 19–27, 2026, beginning with opening weekend at Quinnipiac University before moving to Southern Connecticut State University for its second weekend. The cast of The Ford/Hill Project for both locations includes MaYaa Boateng as Anita Hill, Christina Kirk as Christine Blasey Ford, Amara James Aja as Clarence Thomas, and Roderick Hill as Brett Kavanaugh.
