On behalf of the Galway Race Committee and the team at Galway Racecourse, we are thrilled to welcome you to our iconic seven-day Summer Festival. It is always a pleasure to greet supporters from every county in Ireland and from all corners of the world. Your continued support means so much to us – thank you.

This year, we are proud to welcome back our valued partners and sponsors. Their generous support plays a vital role in making the Galway Races the world-renowned event it is today. We are delighted to offer an increased prize fund of over €2.19 million across the week, featuring 54 thrilling races, with every race carrying a minimum prize fund of €17,000 and all feature races worth at least €110,000.

We’re delighted to have you with us on Day Six of the Summer Festival, where we have eight exhilarating races on today’s card, including our feature contest, the €110,000 BOYLE Sports Handicap Hurdle. This evening’s racecard also features the €80,000 Galway Tribes Handicap Hurdle, ensuring another outstanding day of top-class racing at Ballybrit.
