From ASA to Carbon we did it all, and with thousands of hours spent on water testing, our R&D program includes all aspects from the very first design idea all the way to the recommended lay up. A new computer program has been integrated to our R&D department, allowing our in house designers to respond to the most complex tasks. Our aim is to use the best quality material suitable to every specific design. We have introduced several new technologies combining different qualities, for example our Custom Made Wood Sandwich technology offer the advantage of being light and at the same time adding sufficient flex to the boards, well adaptable to all kind of long boards down to the smallest speed board. After extensive hours of testing and dedicated R & D, the U-Surf came as the next logical evolution to the Universal Wave II.
The Universal Wave II was already a well-known test winner in several magazines world wide; still, the U-Surf will take it to yet another level. From a similar length but very different outline, we have incorporated a square tail. Straight off it feels like a real surf board and you will definitely recognize what the board has been designed for. With its radical and distinctive appearance the U-Surf is a true “surfer”. The center of gravity has been moved further towards the tail, making the board incredibly manoeuvrable and snappy. Common understanding is that a board has to be narrow to turn. We tend to prove the contrary with the U-Surf. Its wide tail holds the curve in any wave configurations, and It enjoys a pure wave style riding in small stuff as well as big hollow waves. The U-Surf line is an immense achievement in our view because it is the first time that a real surfboard has a mast foot!! Obviously we had to equal all the strong aspects of the UW II. As a result the board is still planning very quick and upwind ability is excellent - while the now famous double density shock absorbers are there for you in rough conditions. They also dramatically reduce the risk of damage after landing massive jumps or aerials. Due to hefty demand, we’ve added a smaller 62 litres toy, making it a four board’s line just waiting for U guys to Surf.

We have managed to take the Exo Wave a big step forward in terms of combining performance and comfort. The boards are again “Shaped for you” and for anyone who wish to enjoy smooth, but still radical rides with ease. We are using identical scoop throughout the whole line, and by doing so you may jump from the 105 to the 75 without noticing any change in style, - nor in the way it drives. Thin rails right at the tail for very sharp cut backs, but at the same time enough volume under the back foot for pointing ability in messy conditions. This in combination with a wider tail for instant planning, simply makes wave riding incredible.

As one of our most famous lines to date, the Cross has been appointed by several magazines - the most comfortable and versatile board in its category. It was a challenge to further develop this proven concept, but despite being the frontrunner in its category the new generation has gained in wave ability. Not perceptible at first, but once on a wave - the new Cross is responding almost like a pure wave board. One should think improving the performance of such a concept wasn’t achievable nor necessary, as it already had a huge wind range comfortably handling sails from 4.2 to 6.2 m2. Early planning ability still remains the strong point of the Cross II. The supreme rocker line and rails did not call for major changes, so what we did was basically what people would like to see improved BUT without compromising any key performance characteristics of the previous and very successful Cross generation.

The unique full-sized rail bevels ensures maximum power and floatation during “tail first” tricks. As usual, accessories are not forgotten; the two boards in the line are coming with our high-tech silver straps and the latest low aspect ratio fin design, - especially developed to generate max power in light conditions. The I-style fin base is exceedingly wide while the top curve is designed for smooth carving, easy “tail first manoeuvres” and pops. We have gone all-out to create a perfect concept, and this computer generated fin is built out of pre-preg fibreglass. In the hands of Pascal Toselli, the Warp Speed emerged like a bullet and astonished the small world of speed surfing by taking the number 1 spot on last years World tour. The Frenchman has been leading all major events all year long; he did not only make with power - but also with style. The new Warp Speed 50 is evolving from its predecessor, - and delicately fine tuned there are no visible alterations, but once on the water they become obvious. The rocker has been carefully tuned with the “two meter off” slightly elevated - allowing the board to ride higher with more powerful accelerations. The shock absorbers remain for ultimate comfort, while the center of gravity has been modified by increasing the rail thickness beneath the back foot position. Additionally we shaved off some excess volume in the nose to save weight and add control in rough conditions. Definitely a new master of the run

The Return of the beast....
Equipped with the power pads the boards have an un-matched overall control and comfort. The triple level ergonomic power pads allow you additional grip and power when needed in heavy and critical conditions. In light wind you will have the advantage of having a perfect straight stand creating more lift; while in strong wind the board remains extremely comfortable even in very rough and “unmanageable” situations.
The enhanced control permitted us to move the fin box slightly further aft to free the board even more during accelerations. Jibing at high speed was effortless with the Turbo boost II and we have managed to add blueprint characteristics for quicker planning. Blistering speed and manoeuvrability combined with comfort equals Warp Slalom. Extending the line with two larger boards was indeed a challenge. We wanted the boards to be equally sized more or less with the intention of keeping a very efficient scoop rocker line. This is the reason why we have opted for a square tail on the Warp slalom 73 and 80. Square tail boards are quick planers, and based on our experience with the Warp formula they are very liberate on the fin. We have moved the beam as much forward as possible to allow maximum support and control while jibing with larger sails. Designed in particularly for the slalom 42 format those boards will go down well with the committed crowd out there. The beast is back and it will definitely turn some heads. Rider

A true sign of longevity and excellence. The S series II is evolving from an extensive period of testing, in light and choppy waters to strong and shifty winds. We are proud to announce that the boards are ready for you to enjoy, and we expect previous S Series owners to critically value the delicate upgrading, as we are pleased to see from several comments and expectations on the Exocet Forum. We isolate the quality of the boards based on all the comments and feedback we have collected around the world, and then continue with extensive testing. How to tune a proven concept, but as the development went on we managed to boost all the positives that already made the Warp Formula unique, and with careful attention to the planning ability in marginal conditions - to ensure peak planning at all times. The result is exciting; - increased stability, super fast on the plane and still delivering the same potential on down wind legs. We have straightened the outline by making the nose a lot wider, + 10 cm at 1” off, thus adding support as well as generating a better natural position going upwind. The enhanced stability is obvious, and while this extra bit of steadiness allows you a better view on the water, the top speed will increase as a consequence. The Warp Formula 07 will definitely become one of the references in the Formula world.

The boards are very well equipped with multi position mast track, 80 cm long dagger board and 65 cm fin and 8 super light race foot straps. The deep V shape in the nose produce a smooth ride upwind as well as assisting the planning ability of a board only 80 cm wide. The V runs all the way to the tail, providing a super easy ride upwind – with excellent stability.

A good portion of “Formula characteristics” are naturally built into the shape –such as tail cut outs, - permitting a fin size of 65 cm and as a result accommodating sail sizes up to 10 square meters or more.
True hybrid concept
The Pacers plane up in marginal conditions, way below the critical 10 knots, and the tail configuration with cut outs ensure a smooth downwind ride with continuous acceleration.
The PACER’s are unique because they are the only boards on the world windsurfing market able to upwind either on the Dagger board like a former race board, or on the power of the fin,similar to a Formula board,- thus making it the first only true Hybrid concept on the market.

The shape of the Warp X 380 is in many ways classical and based on proven design concepts, but with several essential refinements;

The Warp X 380 is now launched. Possibly the longest R&D project we have encountered, but due to those endless hours of testing and development of new technologies, the Warp X 380 will become an allusion of its own. The removable “Step Tail Adapter” for light wind tuning is adding significant versatility to this unique “all conditions” racing concept. In light wind the adapter extend the water line, creating a smooth and effortless glide without any drag due to the extreme pintail. This is only one of the features that makes this board exceptional; we did develop a specifically designed fin as well as the blade shaped centerboard for minimum drag when fully powered up as well as in sub planning mode. The blade has a very narrow cord to facilitate maximum speed in all conditions. Without drag in marginal conditions, the X fin allows exceptional speed on close reach angles and downwind legs even with the Step Tail Adapter mounted. Obviously with all those implementations we had to design a dagger generating loads of lift and speed to complete “the package”. The board easily approach upwind speeds in access of 18 to 20 knots on the dagger. This is were we claim to have set a new performance standard, but it will be up to our customers to decide.

Without the “Step Tail Adapter” the board becomes a beast and you instantly forget the length of 380 cm. The “Step tail” is as long as 45 cm, hence the total board length once on the plane is reduced significantly. With the remaining 335 cm on the plane you will have all the speed you need and all the acceleration that you once dreamed about on a traditional raceboard. Not the feeling of an “oldie” but that of a real crispy funboard.

AHEAD OF THE FUTURE
Probably the biggest board on the market… Why...? Because we want to please every one, and the big boys will finally find a board that suit them well also in light conditions.
The “Mahalo” is a fast sub planning board, with the “step tail” working at its best. It has been increased by 10 cm compared to the Kona and Kona style with a total length of 45 cm. This “oversized” machine rails upwind like nothing else, and the tucked area is pushed to the limit making the rail looking almost round. The funfactor on the board is similar to its now famous little brother – the Kona and Kona Style yet it is not as swift in maneuvers but the gliding feel is amazing. It is definitely a good complement to the Kona concept for bigger guys, but also a great family and school board due to the Tandem option with the extra mast box positions.
The exciting Kona Concept called for a supplementary model, so we did the logical thing and developed a smaller version,- the KONA SURF. This “sister ship” is shorter with less width, yet the duck tail remain at the same length as the Kona and Kona Style. As a result the board feels ultra short ones on the plane.
With a displacement of 295 liters it easily carry weights in access of 180 kg’s and the ideal positions are naturally with the heavier person in the back and the lighter one in the front. In chops and heavy air we recommend the front crew to wear a safety helmet, as it can be some lofty and exhilarating rides.
Despite reduced width, we have kept the exact proportions of the original Kona. The centerboard is still big enough to provide efficient railing up wind, while the 38 cm fin will give the feel of being on a fast free ride board. This “short longboard” is a natural wave tool. The Kona Surf will allow you to surf waves of any size, and the pintail outline ensure excellent grip through carves at any speed.
Once you are all set on the board, acceleration upwind are truly amazing and unlike tandem designs from earlier days, the Mahalo rails up very easy even with two persons. Give this exciting “craft” a try, and you have added another startling dimension to your windsurfing experience.
