Warranty Coverage & Terms

All Quooker systems come with a Quooker Warranty, covered by Quooker International B.V. in The Netherlands, and which is carried out by the local Quooker subsidiary/entity which are appointed by Quooker as warranty obligor and are also found on quooker.com/support.

This warranty ensures that all the systems and accessories as provided in their original packaging will be restored to its original working condition at no cost to you. The Quooker Warranty is an addition to rights provided by the laws that vary by country, state or province, including the ones that you have based on consumer law and non-conformity. For a full understanding of your rights you should consult the laws of your country, state or province.

The length of the warranty is:

Taps 24 months

Reservoirs 24 months

CUBE 24 months

Other 24 months

The warranty starts on the day of installation. If the period between purchase and installation is over 3 months, your purchase date will be considered the start date. Quooker might ask for a proof-ofpurchase or proof-of-installation.

Warranty services can only be provided by Quooker Service or a by Quooker Authorized Service Partner. If you install your machine abroad the warranty may be invalidated. However, we will do our best to help you. Please reach out to us if you are in doubt of considering installing a system or taking a system to a different country. You can find the most recent list of countries where Quooker products are supported via quooker.com/support.

What’s Included

Quooker systems are engineered according to the highest standards of quality and design. If they are used as intended and break down in the warranty period, we will take our responsibility and repair or replace them at no cost to you.

This includes:

• Repair or replacement of defective parts.

• Call-out charges, labour costs, transport costs.

• Support via Quooker or a Quooker authorized service partner.

• Warranty on the replaced or repaired parts for 12 months.

What’s Not Included

There are situations in which the Quooker Warranty can’t cover the repair or replacement. This can be due to defects caused by improper installation, maintenance or usage. Some external factors can also have a negative impact on the product causing a repair or replacement to fall outside of the Quooker Warranty.

Exclusions from Quooker Warranty are:

• Consumable parts like CO2 bottles, replacement cartridges, etc.

• Cosmetic damages, including scratches, dents and broken parts unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship

• Improper installation, maintenance, repair and cleaning that is not in line with our instructions and local regulations. Including when done by unauthorized persons and using non-Quooker parts & accessories.

• Misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the user instructions.

• External factors resulting in defects like transport damage, extreme limescale, contamination, water pressure, water quality, electrical power surges.

• Damages caused by systems installed before the Quooker system like water softeners, filters, or treatment devices that are not well maintained or create fluctuations in water quality and pressure.

• Products used in a non-household or commercial environment.

In most of these situations we are still able to repair or replace your product and will inform you about the repair charges. We will consider every case individually.

Warranty Process

It is advisable to register your product via quooker.com/support as soon as possible after purchase for a smooth warranty claim process. Some product problems can be fixed by using our self-service tooling that is available on quooker.com/support.

To make a warranty claim:

• Contact Quooker or your point of sales as soon as a defect is noticed.

• Provide a valid proof-of-purchase showing the installation- or purchase-date.

• Have your serial numbers from the tap and systems at hand. The location of the serial numbers can be found on Quooker.com/support or in your Quooker Account after registration.

• Quooker Service will either solve the problem during the contact, ship the parts or products that are needed to restore your system or book a visit from a Quooker Service technician or Authorized Service Partner.

• Quooker will use genuine Quooker parts that have been tested and passed Quooker functional requirements.

You will be informed if the problem can’t be solved under the Quooker Warranty, in most cases that can be done already upon the contact with Quooker Service or during the visit by the Quooker Service technician or Authorized Service Partner. You will be offered a chargeable service to restore your system. Please check quooker.com/support for the current service charges or contact us.

Additional Notes

• Quooker products are built to the highest standards of quality and are made with materials that are suitable for use in drinking water applications.

• Replaced parts and products during service become the property of Quooker or the Quooker authorized service partner.

• For best performance and to avoid issues related to lime-scale we advice a Quooker Scale Control in hard water areas and regular maintenance. For more information on this please consult quooker.com/ support.

• Lack-of maintenance or the usage of chemical cleaning agents can cause defects over time. For more information on this please consult quooker.com/support.

• Installing water filters or treatment systems before your Quooker from different suppliers can have a negative impact on your system and may make the Quooker Warranty invalid. For more information on this please consult quooker.com/support.

• Water quality parameters may affect our Quooker systems. This can include fluctuations/extremes in acidity (pH), hardness (Calcium and Magnesium) and certain cleansing chemicals. There are risks of corrosion, leakage or component failures. For more information please consult quooker.com/support.

• No Quooker partner, dealer or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or additions to this warranty.

• Due to product innovation, Quooker cannot always guarantee that the customer will receive the same type/revision of a product if it needs to be exchanged. There may therefore be differences in use, size and sometimes also slight colour differences.
