Tax Research is a course designed to equip students with the skills necessary to effectively identify, interpret, and apply relevant tax authorities to real-world tax issues. The course covers primary and secondary tax sources, including the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury regulations, and case law, as well as official IRS pronouncements.
