Respiratory Disease Management provides students with an in-depth understanding of the assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment of acute and chronic respiratory conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and interstitial lung diseases. The course emphasizes patient-centered care approaches, pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions, and the integration of pulmonary rehabilitation, patient education, and preventive strategies. Students will learn to evaluate clinical data, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized management plans while considering comorbidities and the latest clinical guidelines.
