Obstetrics and Gynecology is a comprehensive course that introduces students to the fundamental concepts and practices related to women's reproductive health, pregnancy, and childbirth. Covering both obstetrical and gynecological aspects, the course explores topics such as prenatal care, labor and delivery, postpartum management, and common gynecological conditions and procedures. Students learn about the physiology of reproduction, methods for diagnosing and managing obstetrical and gynecological disorders, contraception, infertility, and reproductive endocrinology. Emphasis is placed on clinical skills, patient communication, ethical considerations, and multidisciplinary approaches to women's health care. This course prepares students to recognize and manage a range of conditions affecting female patients across their lifespan.
