Course Introduction
Medical Imaging Science is a multidisciplinary field that explores the principles, techniques, and applications of imaging technologies used in the medical diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The course covers foundational concepts in the physics of imaging modalities such as X-ray, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, and nuclear medicine.
