Introduction to Sonography offers students a foundational understanding of the principles, techniques, and applications of diagnostic medical sonography. The course covers basic concepts of ultrasound physics, instrumentation, image acquisition, and interpretation. Students learn about patient care, safety, and preparation, as well as an overview of abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, and vascular sonographic procedures.
