Intercultural Communication explores the complex process of exchanging information, ideas, and meaning across diverse cultures. The course examines how cultural backgrounds influence communication styles, values, perception, nonverbal cues, and conflict resolution. Students will analyze theories of intercultural communication, develop awareness of cultural identity and bias, and practice skills to communicate more effectively in global and multicultural environments. Through case studies, group discussions, and experiential activities, students will learn to navigate cultural differences with sensitivity, adapt their communication strategies, and build stronger intercultural relationships both in personal and professional contexts.
