Human Sexuality is an interdisciplinary course that explores the biological, psychological, social, and cultural aspects of human sexual behavior and identity. Students will examine topics such as sexual anatomy and physiology, development of sexual orientation and gender identity, healthy relationships, sexual response, communication, consent, and the impact of society and media on sexual attitudes and norms. The course also addresses issues related to sexual health, reproductive rights, contraception, sexually transmitted infections, and diversity in sexual expression. Through lectures, discussions, and case studies, students will develop a comprehensive and respectful understanding of human sexuality across the lifespan.
