Course Introduction
Experimental Psychology is a foundational course that explores the scientific methods and principles used to investigate human behavior and mental processes. Students will learn about experimental design, data collection, statistical analysis, and interpretation of results within various subfields of psychology such as perception, cognition, learning, and social behavior. The course emphasizes the development of critical thinking skills, ethical considerations in research, and the ability to design and conduct basic psychological experiments. Through lectures, laboratory exercises, and empirical studies, students gain hands-on experience in applying scientific techniques to real-world psychological questions.
