Exercise Science Exam Questions
Course Introduction
Exercise Science is the study of the physiological, biomechanical, and psychological principles underlying human movement and physical activity. This course explores topics such as anatomy, kinesiology, exercise physiology, nutrition, and the bodys adaptations to exercise. Students will learn how various forms of physical activity influence health, fitness, and performance, as well as how to assess, design, and implement safe and effective exercise programs for diverse populations, including youth, adults, athletes, and individuals with chronic conditions. Through both theoretical and practical learning, this course prepares students to understand and apply evidence-based practices that promote physical well-being and optimize human potential.
