Course Introduction
Employment Law examines the legal relationship between employers and employees, focusing on the rights and obligations that arise in the workplace. This course covers key topics such as employment contracts, wage and hour laws, anti-discrimination statutes, health and safety regulations, wrongful termination, and employee benefits. Through analysis of statutes, regulations, and pivotal court decisions, students will develop an understanding of how employment law shapes workplace practices and protects both workers and employers.
