Course Introduction
Consumer Behaviour explores the psychological, social, and cultural factors that influence individuals and groups in their purchasing decisions and consumption habits. The course examines key theories and models related to motivation, perception, learning, personality, and attitude formation, and how these elements impact consumer choices. Students will analyze decision-making processes, the role of marketing and advertising, and the dynamics of consumer trends in both local and global markets.
