Biomechanics Test Preparation
Course Introduction
Biomechanics is the study of the mechanical principles that govern living organisms, particularly the human body, in motion and at rest. This course explores how forces interact with biological tissues, analyzing movement, structure, and function of muscles, bones, joints, and other components of the musculoskeletal system. Students will learn to apply concepts from physics and engineering to understand motion, injury mechanisms, and performance optimization in both health and disease. Through a mix of theoretical frameworks and practical applications, the course prepares students to analyze and solve biomechanical problems relevant to health sciences, sports, rehabilitation, and ergonomics.
