Applied Statistics for Social Sciences introduces students to the fundamental statistical concepts and methods used in social science research. The course covers topics such as data collection and management, descriptive and inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, correlation, regression analysis, and the interpretation of results. Emphasis is placed on the application of statistical techniques to real-world social issues and the use of statistical software for data analysis. By the end of the course, students will be able to critically evaluate research findings, design basic statistical analyses, and effectively communicate statistical information within the context of social sciences.
