Reservation Guidelines
Restaurant Policies
Each partner restaurant operates under its own policies. Confirmations will be issued based on when they open their booking schedules. Submitting your reservation early allows us to prioritize your reservation above others, not earlier access.
Booking platforms
While we maintain direct relationships with these venues, all confirmations will come through their preferred platforms—such as OpenTable, Resy, or Tock—as these are integrated with their POS systems.
Contact information
Your phone number must match the name on the reservation to ensure seamless verification.
Attendance
You must be present at dinner. Reservations are non-transferable and cannot be given to friends or third parties.
Cancellation policy
Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24–72 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $50–$100 per person, depending on the restaurant and party size.
Adhering to these guidelines helps us maintain access to preferred venues.
Non-Concierge Restaurants
A few restaurants specifically do not work with concierge groups and/or have minimal availability. These restaurants are more difficult for us to book; however, we are carefully working on growing our relationships with them.

Travel Guidelines
To deliver the most seamless and elevated experience, we recommend providing your expected expenditure upfront and allowing our team to manage your travel from start to finish, ensuring consistency, efficiency and a truly curated journey. Our goal is always to ensure reliable service through highly vetted partners, and seamlessness should an emergency arise.
Due to data compliance requirements, and staying focused on our goal above, Quintessentially is unable to book flights or hotels using miles or points.
All terms and conditions/cancellation policies will vary based on the partner and will be stated before booking.
Flights
Our travel and lifestyle team collaborate with global flight partners to assist with both commercial and private aviation, offering tailored solutions for complex travel needs. While we strive to ensure the most seamless routes, please note that, as we are not flight specialists and our partners contract exclusively with major airlines, booking straightforward regional and domestic commercial flights may sometimes be more convenient and cost-effective when arranged directly by you.
