As we get set for what will be another huge summer, the 2026–27 BBL season will be front and centre for our fans.
We enjoyed record-breaking ticket sales at the Gabba last season and demand will again be high with five home games across key summer holiday times, including the return of the New Year’s Bash on 1 January!
We’re looking forward to welcoming our fans back to the Gabba, especially as we take the summer holidays by storm once again in the KFC Big Bash League this season. Three sold-out matches as well as a BBL record run chase ensured last season’s five home games were as memorable as any we have staged at the Gabba. The Heat playing group regular point to their home crowd as being like an extra player, and with a Queensland legend James Hopes back at the helm as coach, and some hot playing talent in teal, we can’t wait to have you along as one of our hometown heroes.
The Heat will host the Sydney Sixers, Adelaide Strikers, Hobart Hurricanes, Perth Scorchers and Sydney Thunder in five blockbuster BBL|16 games at the Gabba. Please reach out to our team to secure your suite, box or seat in the stadium. We hope to see you this season. GO HEAT!
