Club Championships 2023 Last weekend saw the conclusion of this year's club championship, Saturday’s Semi Finals saw particularly challenging conditions. Well played to all that went out there in the torrential rain! Thankfully the Sun came out on Sunday for the finals. The A grade championship was taken out by Stewart Drayton who defeated Darren Shapter after 32 well contested holes.

The Course Report..... Congratulations to the 2023 Club Champions! Hope you enjoyed playing the course and didn’t find the pin placements too challenging. It was really rewarding for us personally to see the course in such good condition for this important club event. The combination of granular fertilizer on the fairways and tees and the recent rain has really given a bit of green back into the fairways, as we mentioned it would in the last update. (13th on the 24 November & the same image on the 5 December). We have been busy with general maintenance, getting everything prepared and ready for the busy weeks ahead. The irrigation continues to be an ongoing challenge, especially along the 6th Fairway. You will see repair work being done in the next few weeks. Enjoy the course! Jake
