High tide and hefty rainfall bring floods to Hamilton Beach PAGES 2 AND 6

Residents of Hamilton Beach experienced significant flooding throughout their homes and streets last weekend as a result of Friday’s torrential downpour combined with the full moon bringing about a high tide. Other parts of Queens were also waterlogged, but some areas that commonly experience flooding were spared.
