Diwali motorcade returns to Richmond Hill PAGE 6 Thousands of people celebrated in Richmond Hill last Saturday as the Diwali motorcade made its return to Liberty Avenue. The event, which honors the Hindu festival of lights, saw cars and parade floats decked out with dazzling displays and residents dressed in traditional attire with rich, bright colors.
