There was a record low of shooting victims so far this year, according to Mayor Adams and NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch, inset, and overall crime in Queens saw a decrease of nearly 12 percent. In Patrol Borough Queens South, which includes the 106th Precinct, above, crime dropped by 7.4 percent this year to date.
