ThismachineisequippedwithaCaterpillarProductLinkradio communicationdevicewhichmustbedeactivatedwithin6.0m(20ft)of ablastzone.Failuretodosocouldresultinseriousinjuryordeath.
Ifthemachineisrequiredtoworkwithin6.0m(20ft)ofablastarea,thentheoperatormusttake oneofthefollowingprecautions:
•DisconnecttheProductLinkmodulefromthepowersourcebydisconnectingthewiring harnessattheProductLinkmodule.
•TemporarilyremovetheProductLinkmodulefromthemachine.
•AddanON/OFFswitchinordertoallowtheProductLinkmoduletobeturnedofffromthe cab.
