Donotexceedtherecommendedsixpercentsupplemental coolantadditiveconcentration.Excessivesupplemental coolantadditiveconcentrationcanformdepositsonthehigher temperaturesurfacesofthecoolingsystem,reducingthe engine'sheatheattransfercharacteristics.Reducedheat transfercouldcausecrackingofthecylinderheadandother hightemperaturecomponents.Excessivesupplementalcoolant additiveconcentrationcouldalsoresultinradiatortube blockage,overheating,and/oracceleratedwaterpumpseal wear.Neverusebothliquidsupplementalcoolantadditiveand thespin-onelement(ifequipped)atthesametime.Theuseof thoseadditivestogethercouldresultinsupplementalcoolant additiveconcentrationexceedingtherecommendedsixpercent maximum.
