Fluidescapingunderpressure,evenapinhole-sizedleak,can penetratebodytissue,causingseriousinjury,andpossible death.
Alwaysuseaboardorcardboardwhencheckingforaleak.If fluidisinjectedintoyourskin,itmustbetreatedbyadoctor familiarwiththistypeofinjuryimmediately. TrackandUndercarriageInspection
Thecoolingsystemoperatesunderpressurewhichiscontrolled bytheradiatorpressurecap.Removingthecapwhilethe systemishotmayallowescapeofhotcoolantandsteam, causingseriousburns.
Beforeremovingtheradiatorcap,allowthesystemtocool.Use athickclothandturntheradiatorcapslowlytothefirststopto allowpressuretoescapebeforefullyremovingthecap.

Recalibrate
Donotfillthefuelfilterwithfuelbeforeinstallingit.Thefuelis notfilteredandcouldbecontaminated.Contaminatedfuel causesacceleratedweartofuelsystemparts.
