Donotwatchthereliefvalvetoseeifgreaseisescaping.Watch thetrackortrackadjustmentcylindertoseeifthetrackisbeing loosened.

Loosenthereliefvalveoneturnonly.

Iftrackdoesnotloosen,closethereliefvalveandcontactyour Caterpillardealer.

NOTICE

Keepingthetrackproperlyadjustedwillincreasetheservice lifeofthetrackanddrivecomponents.

Improperlubricationcancausedamagetomachine components.

Toavoiddamage,makesurethattheproperamountofgrease isappliedtotheswingdrive.

Whentheamountofgreaseinthecompartmentbecomestoo large,theagitationlossbecomeslarge,therebyaccelerating greasedeterioration.

Greasedeteriorationcancausedamagetothepiniongearof theswingdriveandswinginternalgear.

Notenoughgreasewillresultinpoorgearlubrication.
