The product has excellent anti-magnesium stability, which effect ve y improves the serv ce life of the cutting fluid This has been ver fied by the laboratory

The emuls on is stab lized without any delamination phenomenon after 24 hours of test ng, which helps customers reduce machining costs significantly.

HOCUT® 4260 passed an 8-week bacterial and fungal challenge test at 7% concentration

This method simulates the application environment of on-site emulsion and adds emulsion dose every week. The appearance, pH and m crobial content of the emulsion is observed

The anti-m crobial performance of the product was evaluated

Based on the results of the bio ogical test, HOCUT® 4260 can be used at concentrations above 7% with no microbial problems
